Kurt Capewell is a current NRL player for the Cronulla Sharks. After winning the Maiden Premiership for the Ipswich Jets in the Queensland Cup, Kurt signed a deal with the Cronulla Sharks. Debuting in the 2016 season and being a part of another Maiden Premiership, this time for the Cronulla Sharks.
Kurt has since kicked on with his career and notched up over 50 NRL games. Recently, Capewell was called into the 2019 QLD State Of Origin squad. Capewell is well known for being one of rugby leagues most versatile players. Having played in the 2nd row, centres, front row, wing and also hooker, he has learnt to adapt and perform in all situations.
Kurt grew up on a property near Charleville, A small country town located in Western Queensland. He is known for being a knock around bloke and in his spare time loves fishing, surfing, camping and a nice cold beer!
