Brendan Teys is a professional basketball player from Brisbane and is a former captain of the Adelaide 36ers NBL team.
Teys started playing professionally with the Gold Coast Blaze at the age of 19. The Blaze folded before the start of the 2012/13 NBL season and Teys was encouraged to sign with the 36ers by his coach Joey Wright. Teys was then appointed captain of the 36ers for the 2017/18 season and then co-captain with Kevin White for the 2019/20 season.
